Chetan Mahajan is the Founder & CEO of The Mavericks, a marketing and communications firm established in 2018. With over two decades of leadership experience, Chetan has successfully driven growth, operational excellence, and innovative strategies across global organizations.  Before founding The Mavericks, Chetan served as President & CEO at H+K Strategies, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the firms footprint in India. As Managing Director at MSLGROUP India, he optimized operations across five leading brands under the Publicis umbrella, maximizing team potential and fostering organizational growth. His earlier leadership at 20:20 MSL included driving profitability, talent management, and client engagement while managing high-profile projects like the Intel Education Initiative and the Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010.

Applicants for the 30 Under 30 Awards must be under the age of 30 and for the 40 Under 40 Awards, under the age of 40, as of 21 January 2025. The Bharat Innovators category is open to all individuals with exceptional achievements in their respective fields
Applicants must be professionals based in India.
Multiple nominees from the same organisation are allowed.
The cost of each nomination is ₹18,000 plus applicable taxes. Discounts for multiple nominations are available; contact the SPOCs mentioned on the website for more details.
All nominations must be submitted online via the official platform in the prescribed format.
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the nomination form must be completed.
All information provided must be accurate, up-to-date, and sufficient for proper assessment.
Responses to questions must not exceed 250 characters.
A recent photograph (less than 2MB) must be uploaded along with the form.
Supporting documents or files relevant to the nomination must be included to strengthen your entry.

Entries will be judged based on innovation, impact, and contributions to the field, with supporting documents playing a critical role in the evaluation process.
Submissions must highlight professional achievements clearly and avoid vague claims.
