How to submit your entry?
So, you’ve decided to participate in the Bharat Nirmaan Conclave & Awards 2025 – fantastic choice! You’re just a few steps away from showcasing your achievements and inspiring the entrepreneurial community. Here’s how to submit your entry:
Create your account / log in
To begin, you’ll need to have an account and be logged in. If you already have an account, simply log in and get started.
Click on ‘Nominate Now’ from the homepage and follow the prompts to create your account. Fill in your basic details when the pop-up appears.
Select your categories
Browse the award categories listed on the homepage. You can refer to the ‘Category Explanation’ for details about eligibility and criteria.
Once you’ve found the category (or categories) that best fit your achievements, select them. You’ll see a summary of your choices at the bottom of the screen—click ‘Next’ to proceed.
Start your entries
Each entry form has some mandatory fields, but we encourage you to share as much detail as possible to help the jury understand your journey and impact.
The form has 4 sections:
Section 1 & 2: Information about you and your startup
Section 3: Your entrepreneurial journey, milestones, and key achievements
Section 4: Supporting attachments, media links, and social handles
Save your entry
Don’t risk losing your hard work, save as you go! If you need a break, save your draft and return anytime to complete your submission.
You can find and edit your saved entries by logging back in via ‘Nominate Now’ > ‘Edit Nomination Form’.
Pay for your entries
Once you’re ready and satisfied with your entries, connect with our awards team at [email/contact here] to complete the payment and invoicing process (if paying offline).
Please share your GST Certificate, PAN Card, and TAN Card to generate an invoice. Entries will be considered valid only after payment confirmation.
